
This policy details the terms and conditions related to course registration, cancellations, refunds, transfers, and waitlist management.
Registration, Cancelation & Waitlist Policy
Registration
Registration for professional development courses is completed online through the form for each course. A spot in the course is confirmed once registration is submitted and payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email with course details and access information.
Cancelation
All registrations are final. If your schedule changes and you are unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, you may email melinda.teacherheartpd@gmail.com to request a refund or transfer your registration to a future course (subject to availability).
Please note, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel before the first course assignment deadline. After the first course assignment deadline has passed, no refunds.
Waitlist
If a course is full, you may join the waitlist. Waitlisted participants will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. You will have 24 hours to accept the spot before it is offered to the next person on the list. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the course.
